KUKA LWR 4+

KUKA_LWR4

The aluminium housing of the LWR 4+ accommodates the motors, gear units, brakes and sensors, as well as the necessary control and power electronics for 7 axes. The result is a powerful, streamlined robot with a payload capacity of 7 kg, a compact footprint and minimised disruptive contours. Thanks to its integrated sensors, the LWR 4+ is extremely sensitive. This makes it ideally suited to handling and assembly tasks.

  • 7 kg payload
  • 7 axes
  • In-line wrist variant
  • DIN ISO 9409–1-A 50 mounting flange
  • Any mounting position
  • +/- 0.05 mm repeatability
  • KR C2 lr controller
  • 16 kg weight

With 20 actuated degrees of freedom, position and force sensors, and ultra sensitive touch sensors on the fingertips, the Shadow Dextreous Hand provides unique capabilities for problems that require the closest approximation of the human hand currently possible.

  • Human kinematics
  • Human sized
  • High bandwidth sensing
  • Open platform
